Lightworks (New LP)

Following five acclaimed albums and over 50 million streams, South London trio Summers Sons & C. Tappin return with ‘Lightworks’, their first release with DeepMatter Records. Crafted over eight years, the album marks a bold new chapter for the trio, moving beyond the sample-led production of previous releases in favour of fully live instrumentation. Blending jazz, soul and hip-hop, ‘Lightworks’ is a deeply personal record centred around perseverance, hope and purpose, whilst showcasing the trio’s most expansive and accomplished work to date.
