Hardy exploded not only in France alongside her fellow “”Yéyés,”” but also internationally, where she became the symbol of French elegance, talent and charm. Working with arranger Charles Blackwell, a former protégé of Joe Meek, Françiose wrote the majority of the album’s songs herself.
